We're sellers too — not just consultants.

Most sourcing agents have never sold a product on Amazon. Most marketing agencies have never wired money to a Shenzhen factory. We've done both — for years, with our own money, on our own brands.

Our team runs active brands on Amazon and TikTok Shop across multiple consumer categories — including home and kitchen, beauty, electronics, pet, and more. That means when we tell you a packaging change will affect FBA chargebacks, or that your listing copy is killing your TACoS, or that a factory is quoting you 30% above market — we know because we've fixed those exact problems for ourselves.

We don't share our brand names publicly — that's our boundary, and frankly it's protection for our clients too: there's no risk we're routing your best factory match to one of our own SKUs. But the operator-level knowledge informs every recommendation we make.

Operating principles

The rules we won't bend, even when it costs us a deal.

PRINCIPLE 01

We only recommend factories we'd use ourselves.

If we wouldn't put our own brand into that production line, we won't put yours into it either. We say no a lot. It's the most valuable thing we do.

PRINCIPLE 02

Inspection before payment. Every time.

Final balance to the factory only releases after our QC team signs off in writing. No exceptions, no rushed Friday wires, no "we'll fix it on the next batch."

PRINCIPLE 03

No kickbacks. No hidden margin.

We don't take referral fees from factories or freight forwarders. Our incentive is your repeat business — not a back-door commission you'll never see on an invoice.

PRINCIPLE 04

If something breaks, we say so first.

A late container, a failed inspection, a sudden tariff change — you'll hear it from us before you see it on a tracking page. Bad news travels first-class around here.

The era of "find a factory on Alibaba and hope" is over.

Tariffs shift quarterly. Platform algorithms punish thin listings. FBA standards keep tightening. Margins are won upstream now — at the factory floor, in the QC report, in the freight contract — not on a Black Friday ad spend bender.
